Xbox Changes Logo From Pride To Fiery Ball; Compensates With Free Game!

Xbox had altered its logo for Pride Month, however the emblem has already been replaced with a ball of fire. And the only reason for this is that Diablo IV was globally published on June 5th. However, Xbox has made Tell Me Why, which has transgender Tyler Ronin as the main character, free for all of its players this month to make up for this shift.

Until Pride is done, brands adopt rainbow profile images as a sign of respect to us LGBTQ+ masters. While Xbox had altered the emblem to a lovely Pride flag, it sent users and followers into a frenzy as the company’s social media accounts switched from displaying Pride flags to depicting the flaming gates of hell.

On 1 June, Xbox released their announcement related to the long-term partnership with GLAAD. They had mentioned that with the help of this partnership, they are expecting to “bring more LGBTQIA+ stories, characters and lived experiences to Xbox in ways that will resonate with gamers around the world.”

But with the release of the popular console game Diablo IV, Xbox changed its logo on the social handles to a fiery ball representing Diablo’s Lilith.

Following the makeover, many social media users praised the Xbox Pride Month logo. One user even asserted that it was the “only LGBT logo” that looked good.
